Summer Rates ~ April - Oct

Up to 3 nights: $235 ~ $300/night

4 to 10 nights: $195 ~ $235.00/night

Winter Rates ~ Nov - March

Any night $195.00

$235.00 /night - 2 night min. Thanksgiving, Xmas, New Years

9% Sonoma County Tax Nightly
Additional $50/night for second couple/Aerobed use.
Payment by check or cash is expected within 7 days of booking.
Your credit card number will be used to confirm booking only.
Cancellations: For a full refund, you must notify us no later than 14 days before your arrival date. Late cancellation refunds will be made only if the cottage is re-booked for your stay date.

No parties, loud music.
No pets.
No indoor smoking.
